Dwarka Expressway

Dwarka Expressway, India's first smart elevated urban expressway, has boosted the Gurgaon real estate market. 16-lane access-controlled highway with at least three-lane service roads on either side. The Expressway between Dwarka, Delhi, and Gurugram, Haryana, is being constructed at a total cost of 9,000 crore. It has a total length of 29 kilometres, of which 19 kilometres are in Haryana and 10 kilometres are in Delhi. The expressway begins at Shiv-Murti on NH-8 (The Delhi-Gurugram Expressway) and terminates near Kherki Daula Toll Plaza, passing through Dwarka Sector 21, the Gurugram boundary, and Basai. It will feature four multi-level interchanges, as well as India's longest and biggest road tunnel, which will be 3,600 metres long and eight lanes wide. It will provide direct access to the future India International Convention Centre (IICC) in Dwarka Sector 25 as well as an alternate tunnel connection to IGI Airport. In addition to the availability of quality infrastructure and basic amenities in the area, connection is now a crucial decision factor when purchasing a home. Connectivity to roads has a significant impact on real estate development and pricing. Dwarka Expressway is poised to become the New Shangri-La and centre of Gurgaon, which is rather unexpected. Due to its huge potential for vigorous growth and expansion over the next few years, it has become a prime location for real estate investments. It offers a flawless combination of a strategic position, diverse residential alternatives, world-class amenities, and simple accessibility due to infrastructure development in the region.
